Richmond Times-Dispatch: Release the CIA torture records

The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) is completing a three-year review of CIA interrogation and detention procedures in the years after 9/11. According to Sens. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., and Carl Levin, D-Mich., it provides “a detailed, factual description of how interrogation techniques were used, the conditions under which detainees were held, and the intelligence that was — or wasn’t — gained from the program.”
