Amicus Brief: Haitian detention policy

Eleventh Circuit: Human Rights First filed an amicus brief in the case of Moise v Bulger with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. The brief discusses the ways in which the U.S. detention policy directed at Haitian asylum seekers is out of step with international human rights and refugee law and standards.
