Human Rights First Urges End to Gaza Hostilities
Washington, D.C. – In response to news of the end of the temporary cease-fire in Gaza, Human Rights First President and CEO Sue Hendrickson issued the following statement.
“We urge an end to the Israeli strikes that have resumed killing hundreds of Palestinians in Gaza, a return to the previously negotiated ceasefire, the immediate delivery of food and fuel into Gaza, the immediate release of all hostages and people arbitrarily detained, and accountability for all war crimes, regardless of the perpetrator.”
