Human Rights First 50th Anniversary Presidential Circle

A Leadership Invitation at a Defining Moment

As Human Rights First approaches its 50th anniversary, we are marking not only a milestone, but a generational transition—one that requires decisive leadership, sustained investment, and a clear vision for the future.

The Human Rights First Presidential Circle is an invitation-only leadership giving community created to anchor the organization’s 50th Anniversary Campaign. It is designed for a select group of philanthropic leaders who want to help secure Human Rights First’s next half-century of impact in human rights, democracy, and refugee protection.

This is not a traditional donor group. It is a leadership platform—bringing together philanthropy, strategy, and legacy at a moment of global democratic and human rights crisis.

Why the Presidential Circle

The Presidential Circle advances three core objectives:

Secure the Future
Generate flexible, leadership-level support to strengthen Human Rights First’s institutional capacity, fuel innovation, and ensure long-term resilience.

Build a Leadership Network
Engage a select group of donors as strategic partners, advisors, and ambassadors—individuals who contribute not only resources, but insight and networks.

Leverage the 50th Anniversary Moment
Use the anniversary to expand Human Rights First’s donor community through peer engagement and shared stewardship.
