New Evidence that Civilian Courts Can Handle Terrorism Cases

The latest evidence that the Department of Justice can successfully prosecute terrorism cases is in: a new Justice Department chart confirms that hundreds of terrorism-related convictions in civilian courts since 9/11.

Most of the data was compiled by the Bush Administration Justice Department.

This chart reaffirms what Human Rights First concluded in its In Pursuit of Justice reports: our courts can handle these cases.
