Human Rights First Welcomes Senate Report On Private Security Contractor Reform

The Senate Armed Services Committee published a report detailing concerns with oversight and accountability of private security contractors. The Senate report follows a recent report by Human Rights First on the gaps in oversight and accountability of private security contractors since the deadly Blackwater attack on civilians in Nisoor Square, Baghdad.
