Genocide doesn’t just happen

David Pressman, the new National Security Council director for atrocities prevention, said recently in the Daily Beast: “Genocide doesn’t just happen, it’s an organized supply chain of hatred, weapons, and of leadership. We need to be able to interrupt that supply chain.”
