Anwen will share updates on three lawsuits—brought in partnership with the National Immigration Litigation Alliance (NILA), Northwest Immigrants’ Rights Project (NWIRP), Justice Action Center (JAC), the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) and Center for Gender and Refugee Studies (CGRS).
These coordinated legal challenges address recent federal actions that:

Eliminate categorical parole programs, terminate existing parole, and suspend the processing of other immigration applications

Apply mandatory bars to refugee protection during credible fear interviews
