Represent Asylum Seekers

The right to seek asylum is a pillar of our nation’s immigration system and we work every day to keep it so.
Asylum seekers are fleeing persecution or well-founded fears of future persecution in their countries of origin.  They must establish that race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion was or will be at least one central reason for this persecution.
